Formstack Sign: Some Documents finalized without audit pages

We identified an issue that caused some Formstack Sign documents to be finalized and delivered without an audit trail.

The issue affected documents on October 8 from 7:42 PM to 9:31 PM ET.

The signing process has recovered, and newly completed documents are processing normally. We are implementing a recovery script to restore the missing audit trails for affected documents.

As part of this recovery process, some customers may receive a duplicate notification that their document has been finalized. If you previously received this notification, no action is required, and the duplicate message can be disregarded.
